BLENHEIM TERRACE, PHASE 1, LONDON, NW8
These 3 new-build, 5 storey, 4 bedroom townhouses are located in St John's Wood Conservation Area.
The external material palette consists of a light buff coloured brick, reconstituted Portland stone, dark zinc and anthracite coloured mild steel. The material selection, combined with carefully considered detailing, complements the local architectural context and enhances the existing street-scene. The generous family living spaces are arranged over lower levels, with the master suite, family and guest bedrooms located on upper level, all of which are connected by a feature central stair case. A light, contemporary palette was selected for the interiors, resulting in a simple, clean and well lit aesthetic.
Upon appointment Modulor Studio improved NSA by approximately 21% before obtaining consent for mews house at the back <Blenheim Terrace, Phase 2>.
