Harrow’s planning committee approved our 32 studio, 4 storey Co-Living scheme on station Road. This is a third and last phase of the redevelopment of the former Wickes Office building completes for SAV Group. All 45 of the phase 1 studios apartments are already fully let with phase 2 completing on site in February. The Work on phase 3 is scheduled for later this year with completion by mid 2018.
Following failed attempt to negotiate appropriate design solution for contemporary rooftop pavilion with Westminster planning department we are very pleased to have received decision notice confirming modulor studio's first ever appeal was allowed by the plan ning inspector.. We are very pleased with the outcome as this contemporary glass pavilion will enhance our rooftop penthouse currently under construction.
