Site Update - Construction work by Ethos is progressing as planned on our Blenheim Terrace Mews Project designed cleverly around parking places for the three Phase 1 houses. The superstructure is now up so we can now see the silhouette of this well-crafted home on which we are working alongside Pascoe Interiors and Alium Group for MountCapital and SAV.

One Molyneux has finished on site and is our largest project to date. Despite being technically complicated and on a heavily constrained site, it is completed and holds the status of "largest and most expensive traditional brick-built building to be constructed in the West End since the Edwardian era."

After long deliberations, the most important competition of the year has been decided and the winner announced in our in-house annual Christmas Card competition. This year's winning theme centred on factory made homes. Happy Christmas from everyone at Modulor Studio!
