We are experienced in technical design on a range of new build, refurbishment and modular projects procured under both traditional and design & built procurement methods. We have performed the roles of both retained and novated architect as well as the clerk-of -works on a range of complex inner city project ranging from multi-storey basements to air rights projects and listed building refurbishments.

We operate in a BIM Level 2 environment and work in a collaborative and proactive way to coordinate and realise projects effectively and efficiently.

We are often brought in to carry out architectural design audits to review the suitability for projects to utilise factory made & modular construction.  We have a constructive approach to this work and we clearly communicate our findings in order to find the most practical solution to implement MMC with minimum design changes or abortive work.
