2018 starts with planning win for mixed-use Sewardstone Road scheme.

We are very pleased with the planning outcome at delegated officer's level for this part refurbishment part new built retail & residential scheme. The consent, negotiated intensively by the design team lead by the City Planning for developer SAV Group, is our latest example of a good design maximising potential of an inner city constrained site.

We have doubled both the retail floor space and residential unit numbers on this scheme while coming up with simple and elegant modern design. For more information click here.
